Description
• Provide functional and technical subject matter expertise in workforce planning, forecasting and scheduling • Serve as a consultative partner to improve service delivery and business processes • Support governance process and cross functional resource planning • Configure and implement regulatory changes affecting scheduling processes • Monitor support and maintenance of new application features • Provide mentoring and training for end-users • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues from support team
Requirements
• 8+ years Kronos/UKG dimensions/UKG Pro WFM Advanced Scheduled and Forecasting administration experience • Knowledge of wage and hour regulations • Experience consulting with the business to define requirements • Experience working in Agile, Scrum and related methodologies • Preferred experience in a retail organization
