📋 Description

• Critical role from inception to go-live for Infor M3 Cloud suite implementations • Lead functional side of implementations, verifying requirements and troubleshooting solutions • Make recommendations on business process changes and technological solutions • Assist with estimating timelines, budgets and costs during presales process • Serve as a lead functional overseer during implementations • Facilitate discussions and establish group consensus with clients • Liaise with PM on project work breakdown and scheduling • Review and ensure best practices in solution design • Provide best practice guidance for all project phases • Author specifications or presentations to support projects • Stay current in software improvements and new features

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a functional lead role including previous implementation experience with Infor M3 • Must have completed multiple full life cycle implementations with Infor M3 (minimum of 7) • 5+ years of consulting experience with core Infor M3 ERP and at least 2+ years with M3 cloud platform • At least 2+ years in a M3 Solution Architect role • Hands on knowledge of core M3 application configuration • Degree in Business or Information Technology • Experience in multi-tenant, multi-location, and multi-national organizations • Prior experience managing or leading a group or mentoring individuals • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to establish priorities and work independently • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools • Willing to work flexible hours • Ability to travel up to 50%
