β€’ As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a critical role in helping larger employer prospects and their brokers evaluate whether an Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) is the right fit for their organization. β€’ You’ll act as a consultative expert, guiding prospects through the complexities of ICHRA, assessing their unique needs, and delivering tailored pricing and contribution strategies. β€’ By balancing the priorities of price, benefits/coverage, and provider networks, you’ll help employers make informed healthcare decisions that support their business and their employees. β€’ Act as the primary liaison for customer administrators, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear, consistent communication. β€’ Partner with brokers and prospective employer clients to assess their healthcare challenges, goals, and gaps in their current insurance offerings. β€’ Consult on the feasibility and advantages of transitioning to an ICHRA model, ensuring alignment with employer objectives. β€’ Build customized pricing proposals, including: β€’ Reviewing plans and rates available for each employee. β€’ Running a disruption analysis to evaluate changes in coverage and provider networks. β€’ Recommending optimal employer contribution strategies. β€’ Collaborate with the sales team to support client discussions, evaluate pricing and plan options, and address any concerns or barriers to adoption. β€’ Clearly explain complex insurance concepts to brokers and employers, ensuring they understand trade-offs between cost, coverage, and provider access. β€’ Stay organized and detail-oriented, managing multiple employer evaluations while keeping both broker and client needs in mind. β€’ Help drive the sales process forward by uncovering additional opportunities to add value for prospects.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 3-5 years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Benefits Consultant, Underwriter, or in a similar role within the health insurance or employee benefits space. β€’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret healthcare plans, pricing, and coverage details. β€’ Excellent communication and consultative skills to guide brokers and employers through complex decisions. β€’ Experience working with health insurance products, employee benefits, or HR technology. β€’ Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities. β€’ Highly organized with attention to detail in creating proposals and financial analyses.
