• Du überzeugst, indem Du: Transition- oder Transformation-Projekte als Teilprojektleiter:in oder gesamtverantwortliche:r Transition Manager:in gekonnt durchführst. • Projekte durch eine reibungslose Übergabe in den IT-Betrieb erfolgreich abschließt. • Dein motiviertes Projektteam als wesentlichen Baustein Deines Erfolges siehst. • Du treibst die Dinge voran, kommunizierst proaktiv und bist Single Point of Contact in Deiner Projektorganisation sowie beim Kunden vor Ort.
🎯 Requirements
• Mindestens drei Jahre fundierte Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Transition- und Transformation-Projekten. • Strukturiertes Vorgehen, Verhandlungsgeschick sowie ein gutes Change- und Eskalationsmanagement gehören zu Deinen täglichen Aufgaben. • Kenntnisse in Projektmanagementmethoden wie PMI, SCRUM oder hybride Methoden. • Sehr gute Deutsch-(mindestens C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse. • Kommunikationsstärke auf allen Ebenen und idealerweise Erfahrungen in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams.
