📋 Description

• Partner with stakeholders to understand the customer journey and enhance business objectives. • Gather, organize, lead discussions, and document necessary business and technical requirements for user stories. • Participate in team brainstorming and problem-solving sessions. • Own projects by understanding user experience and business impact from end to end. • Enter and update stories in Azure DevOps. • Attend Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Demos, and Retrospective meetings. • Organize and conduct regular story refinement sessions with Development Team(s). • Review and provide commentary on internal and external user documentation and materials. • Support projects that require research and analysis. • Assist in the Product Management Team’s escalation and triage process. • Strong understanding of software products and willingness to learn more about personas.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience with use of Hospitality Suite strongly recommended • Ability to handle multiple duties associated with a project life cycle • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders, including Sr. Leaders, Product Managers, Application Users, and Software Developers. • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively • Strong analytical skills required, including an extensive understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into requirements • Ability to work effectively with Microsoft products to create encompassing documentation that provides the necessary level of detail to both the business and technical communities. • Have a positive, team-oriented attitude and work ethic • Excellent Organizational Skills
