• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine project scope and vision. • Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. • Works independently with some guidance; may review or guide activities of more junior employees. • Focus on solutions identification, risk analysis, and collaboration with IT teams. • Work on providing highly innovative solution identification of complex problems.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst. • Experience translating customer vision into user stories. • Experience working in a highly collaborative environment, working proactively across teams and with program stakeholders. • Experience with presenting solutions to senior leaders. • Experience with Agile methodology. • Experience with user experience concepts highly preferred. • Ability to obtain a security clearance (FDA Public Trust)
