Description

•Seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to guide software development projects. •Build and optimize our web applications’ user interfaces with an emphasis on Python. •Lead a small team; Must be an engineer first. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. •Build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code for front-end and back-end applications. •Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications by implementing best practices. •Perform code reviews, application builds and mentor junior developers. •Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. •Design and optimize database schemas for efficient data storage and retrieval. •Implement automated build and release definitions. •Write unit and integration tests. •Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Advanced degree preferred. •5+ years’ experience coding in Python using both procedural and object-oriented methodologies. •Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role. •Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL). •Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. •Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. •A portfolio of past projects and code samples is a plus.
