Requirements

• Candidates must live in the United States. • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • 4-6 years of progressive financial planning and analysis experience preferably in a similar non-profit. • Experience using financial systems to prepare and manage budgets and forecasts. • Experience with financial planning and reporting software. • Experience with analytics and visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Qlik). • Strong understanding of US GAAP. • Strong analytical/modeling skills and experience executing budgeting and strategic planning processes. • Excel fluency and superior financial modeling skills. • Attention to Detail: Executes their financial analysis with a high standard of precision and accuracy. • Expertise: Displays a deep understanding of technical concepts and industry trends. • Leadership: Exhibits leadership qualities by guiding and mentoring junior team members. • Decision Making: Makes well-informed decisions based on experience and data analysis. • Planning and Priority Setting: Demonstrates an ability to set objectives and goals and organize work appropriately. • Relationship Management: Able to build constructive and effective relationships with a broad and diverse group of business partners.
