Description

• Oversee project controls, profit and loss (P&L), and cash flow management • Reporting to and advising finance and operations leadership on pertinent issues • Foster a strong, disciplined SOX-compliant environment • Apply fundamental accounting principles to forecasting and project controls

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in finance or project controls, with 4 years in management • Willingness to travel up to 50% • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline • Familiarity with Costpoint, Excel, COBRA, and EPM • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills • Ability to design and maintain effective, simple, repeatable, and dependable business processes • Ability to work closely with BU and functional leadership teams to promote strong business performance and achieve business goals
