Description

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (CFA, CPA) preferred. • 5+ years of experience in FP&A or a related field, with a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. • Demonstrated strategic thinking skills, with an ability to analyze complex financial data, generate insights, and make impactful recommendations. • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and experience with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders. • Proven experience in driving process improvement and implementing best practices within a finance function. • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
