β’ As a Sales Development Representative, you are energetic, motivated, and articulate. β’ Youβre a tenacious hunter with a proven track record helping to kick-start SaaS deals. β’ Your role is key to the success of our sales strategy. β’ The SDR has the responsibility of detecting, contacting and generating quality contacts for sales executives. β’ Youβll be responsible for demand capturing through both inbound and outbound motions, generating quality and scalable pipeline for the Account Executives to close. β’ This also includes market research responsibilities, both within the existing customer base and out. β’ You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities: Identify pain and understand the needs of the potential clients based on ICP criteria. β’ Identify the decision-makers, their needs the fit with our product. β’ Support the Sales Team in attaining quarterly revenue goals by scheduling meetings with outbound leads. β’ Work closely and collaboratively with the Account Executive in prospecting and strategizing target accounts.
β’ You have experience in/knowledge of SDR processes, both inbound and outbound, from scratch. β’ Proficiency in both verbal and written English and Spanish. β’ Availability to work in the afternoon shift. β’ A fearless approach to outbound prospecting! (cold calling, emailing, pitching, etc) β’ You have a commercial nature. β’ You have excellent written / verbal communication skills. β’ Ability to take the initiative. β’ Enthusiastic, organized and you like to work for objectives. β’ Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively. β’ We want relentlessly resourceful people onboard!
