Description
• Support design and improvement of data systems • Develop new data collection processes • Automate data analysis and integration • Improve data collection tools and systems • Provide training materials for communities and partners • Design tools and visualizations for measurement challenges • Support internal data challenges
Requirements
• Strong critical thinking skills • Ability to engage with complex datasets • Enthusiasm for learning new software and systems • Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs • Experience structuring organized data tables • Familiarity with at least one scripting language (Python, JavaScript, etc.) • Experience with Tableau or other business intelligence tools is a plus • Familiarity with homeless services is a plus • At least three years of previous work experience • Passion for justice, equity, and ending homelessness • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic team environment • Strong project management skills
