• Support global sales leaders and demand generation teams. • Develop key metrics and conduct deep analyses. • Drive strategic business initiatives and provide insights to enhance decision-making. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) metrics reporting framework. • Conduct deep-dive analysis on business dynamics. • Train teams on key metrics and methodologies. • Collaborate with analytics teams for improved reporting accuracy. • Manage and execute key analytics projects and identify process improvement opportunities. • Provide data-driven support for strategic business initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an analytical role within sales operations, revenue operations, FP&A, or business operations teams at B2B companies. • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud. • Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel; • Strong proficiency and experience with other business intelligence tools a plus; • Proven ability to manage end-to-end analytics projects, from developing business cases to delivering actionable insights and comprehensive reporting; • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a track record of providing practical business insights from large and complex data sets; • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data-driven findings into clear recommendations for diverse audiences, including senior leadership; • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives across cross-functional teams; • Self-starter with a proactive mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
