• As our Community Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing a strong online community of gamers, esports enthusiasts, and crypto enthusiasts. • You'll play a pivotal role in driving user engagement, fostering a positive community culture, and representing our brand across various online channels. • Actively engage with our community on Discord and Twitter, providing support, answering questions, and fostering meaningful discussions. • Organize and moderate community events, such as tournaments, giveaways, and AMAs. • Identify and nurture community leaders and influencers. • Create engaging content, including blog posts, social media updates, and newsletters, to inform and entertain our community. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and campaigns. • Represent our brand positively and professionally in all online interactions. • Monitor online conversations and address any negative feedback or concerns promptly. • Develop and implement strategies to attract new members to our community. • Track and analyze community metrics to measure engagement and identify areas for improvement.
• Proven experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role. • Strong understanding of online communities, particularly within the gaming, esports, or crypto industries. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. • Proficiency in using Discord, Twitter, and other social media platforms. • Passion for gaming, esports, and blockchain technology. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Advanced English (C1 and above) • Bonus Points: Experience with tokenomics or cryptocurrencies. • Familiarity with prediction markets. • A strong understanding of SEO and content marketing.
