• 3-5 years of experience in Social Media management and analysis. • Proven track record of managing successful campaigns. • Knowledge of Social Media platforms, analytics, and trends. • Ability to understand data and provide insights from it. • Strong written and spoken English communication skills. • Ability to work independently and multitask. • Organizational skills and attention to detail. • Creativity and innovative thinking. • Familiarity with content management systems such as Hootsuite. • Knowledge of best practices for Social Media customer service. • Experience in Esports, gaming, geek culture, and entertainment. • Availability to work in alignment with EST time zone. • Advanced to fluent English.
