• Primary role of the Recruiter is to attract, screen, interview, and hire a diverse pool of qualified and capable associates • Majority of the recruiting activities are related to hourly remote customer service positions
• Excellent English verbal, written, and organizational communication skills • Minimum of 5 years experience Recruiting in a high-volume BPO setting required • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative • Ability to think outside the box and be innovative in finding candidates
• Full Time (40 hours weekly) • Office is located in Columbus, Ohio (we are currently working remotely)
