• The Power Platform Developer will play a critical role in healthcare technology initiatives. • Leverage Microsoft Power Platform tools to create innovative healthcare solutions. • Design user interfaces, troubleshoot technical issues, and convert business requirements into technology solutions. • Stay updated with the latest Power Platform developments. • Operate with considerable autonomy over the build process and application development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. • 2 to 3 years proven experience as a Power Platform Developer. • 3 to 5 years experience with programming languages like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Power Fx, and SQL Server. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication and collaboration abilities. • Experience in healthcare environment preferred. • Ability to identify and address business challenges using Power Platform solutions. • Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Comfortable working in a hybrid Agile & Waterfall environment. • High-quality coding skills, basic database knowledge, and detail oriented. • Microsoft Power Platform certifications preferred, but not required
