Description
•Complete Home Care, Xtreme Care is looking for a Senior Accounting Manager to manage the accounting team •Advance knowledge of duties including deal processing, daily deposits, A/R, A/P •Timely completion of month-end close and financial statement transmissions •Process daily and monthly reports •Prepare monthly bank & finance reserve reconciliations •Maintain internal controls and company processes •Participate in financial audits •Partner with CFO providing insight on variances and opportunities •This position can be remote or in person. •Complete Homecare is a fast growing, non medical home care agency
Requirements
•At least 7 to 10 years financial related experience •Thorough knowledge of accounting and finance •Prior experience in the oversight and management of an accounting office •Ability to acquire understanding and absorb new information rapidly •Analytical, organized, and enthusiastic leader •Personable, action-oriented, and professional
