Description

• Complete Home Care is looking for a Comptroller to lead and manage the accounting team. • Plan, organize, monitor, and train the daily activities of the accounting team. • Advance knowledge of all the duties in the office including deal processing, daily deposits, A/R, A/P, title work. • Timely completion of month-end close and financial statement transmissions. • Process daily and monthly reports. • Prepare monthly bank & finance reserve reconciliations. • Maintain internal controls and company processes and procedures. • Participate in financial audits. • Ability to partner with CFO and provide insight on department and expense variances and opportunities. • This position can be remote or in person. • Complete Homecare is a fast growing, non medical home care agency with offices in Pennsylvania, Missouri, Ohio and Georgia.

Requirements

• At least 7 to 10 years financial related experience • Thorough knowledge of accounting and finance • Prior experience in the oversight and management of an accounting office • Ability to acquire understanding and absorb new information rapidly • Analytical, organized, and enthusiastic leader • Personable, action-oriented, and professional
