• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. • Proven track record of success in SaaS sales (5 years+), preferably within the shipping or logistics industry. • Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies and their applications in the shipping sector. • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the potential to inspire and motivate a sales team. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively with Customer Success, Account Management, and Marketing teams to ensure client success and optimize the sales funnel. • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends to drive informed decisions. • Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools. • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
