• Support the Product team to streamline product creation • Garner product data and insights for high-quality decision making • Conduct research and gather requirements for special projects • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive successful outcomes • Triage issues to maintain team focus on planned work
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in the MSP (Managed Service Provider), IT or Cybersecurity industry or channel • 2+ years direct, hands-on experience with technology relevant to the MSP industry such as network equipment, cloud services, security solutions, etc. targeted at MSPs • Demonstrated skills working with an Agile software development team • Proven track record of driving high-quality, innovative products • Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
