📋 Description

• The Growth Lead for the Velocity Team is responsible for a high-volume, transactional sales and customer success model, focusing on deals under €10,000. • This role requires expertise in scalable, tech-driven sales and onboarding processes. • The main objectives are to optimize the customer acquisition funnel, drive user engagement through automated onboarding programs, and manage a highly efficient team. • Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), the Growth Lead oversees a cross-functional team of sales, customer success, and marketing professionals. • The role emphasizes achieving growth targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus. • Excellent proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken • Experience 5+ years of leadership experience in sales, customer success, or growth roles, ideally in SaaS. • Proven success managing transactional sales cycles and leveraging automation. • Skills Strong leadership abilities with a focus on collaboration and results. • Analytical mindset and expertise in data-driven decision-making. • Deep understanding of SaaS sales funnels, customer lifecycle management, and onboarding strategies. • Proficiency with CRM and automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
