β’ You have 5+ years experience working in growth roles that could be either directly at a brand or an agency spanning roles like growth manager, media buyer, creative strategist. β’ You optimize for learning - your main motivation to learn as much as possible in broaden your tool set. β’ You want to work with people of the same mindset and learn from each other. β’ You are naturally curious you have a wide range of interests that you like to explore and are open to constantly being exposed to something new. β’ Bonus: You have worked in eCommerce while a deep understanding of your target group can be built over time, nothing beats having been in the trenches yourself.
