• Du hilfst uns dabei Marktdominanz zu erlangen, kaufbereite Marktsegemente zu erzeugen und zu konvertieren. • Als Senior Digital Marketer übernimmst Du schnell hands-on die Verantwortung und Umsetzung für unser Revenue Marketing und ein mittleres 6-stelliges Mediabudget. • Mitentwicklung und Umsetzung der Strategie, wie wir über Content, Social Media und Paid Social high-intend-to-buy Pipeline generieren. • Entwicklung, hands-on Umsetzung und Optimierung unserer Paid Media Aktivitäten. • Verantwortung für die Optimierung und Erweiterung unseres E-Mail-Marketing. • Identifizierung und Umsetzung neuer Wachstumsmöglichkeiten. • Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Gründer beim Produkt-GTM und strategischer Narrative.
🎯 Requirements
• Erfahrung und technische Kompetenz im Umgang mit Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hyros, LinkedIn und Meta Business Manager. • Erfahrung in der Skalierung einer Personenmarke. • Praktische Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Optimierung von Paid-Media-Kampagnen, Kampagnenkonzeption, Creative Strategy, Copywriting, Funnelbau. • Erfahrung mit Audience- und Lifecycle-Marketing, einschließlich CDP-, E-Mail- und CRM-Software. • Hervorragende analytische Fähigkeiten mit einem ausgeprägten Verständnis für die Messung von Customer Journeys und den Aufbau der entsprechenden Berichtssysteme. • Außergewöhnliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um Daten und Erkenntnisse in Marketingexperimente umzuwandeln. • Führungsqualitäten, zum Aufbau weiterer Mitarbeiter und dem potenzial unsere Marketing- und Demand Generation Fähigkeiten als eine Agentur-Erweiterung unseres Kerngeschäfts zu etablieren. • Du hast Erfahrung mit remote Work, kannst Dich selber organisieren, accountable halten und generierst belastbare Ergebnisse.
