📋 Description
• Lead the Finance Team of a Federal project • Be responsible for all aspects of the pay function • Responsible for maintaining a General Ledger system on a weekly basis • Build procurement packages under the Federal Acquisition Regulations • Maintain the IT Spend Plan for budget and IT Capital Planning purposes • Maintain an inventory of all IT equipment utilized in the client network • Provide facility management services for Data Center building in Austin, Texas • Provide a centralized shipping and receiving department to monitor all shipments • Conduct safety assessments surveys semi-annually
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required • Current C.P.A. license in good standing required • 7 years of experience in payroll, accounting, auditing, budget, financial statement preparation and analysis, and financial management and reporting • 5 years of experience as a federal government procurement submitter and familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations • 5 years of experience with electronic bank processes and setup • Demonstrated experience with MS Access, MS word and advanced skills in MS Excel
