• Building the rollup-native cloud platform that scales Ethereum • Ensuring customers have a white-glove experience onboarding • Supporting customers and maintaining rollup stack offerings • Quickly creating proof-of-concepts to validate new approaches

• Enjoy helping others solve thorny technical challenges • Are deeply curious and eager to continuously learn about web3 tech stacks • Have strong background in technical services, technical support, solutions engineering, or solutions architecture • Thrive in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments • Have worked across multiple layers of infrastructure and are comfortable navigating complex systems end-to-end • Have experience working with highly technical products and customers, especially in B2B SaaS or cloud infrastructure • Be able to proficiently read and write small bits of code, ideally in solidity and go
