📋 Description
• In this role you'll be working closely with the engineering and GTM team to support customers and maintain the rollup stack offerings and customizations made possible by our leading Rollup-as-a-Service platform. • You’ll ensure customers have a white-glove experience onboarding to Conduit, and you’ll be the first line of defense when technical issues pop up that need de-bugging. • Your care and attention will make every user feel that they’re safe in our hands. • We value people who can quickly obtain a deep technical understanding, are able to quickly create proof-of-concepts to validate entirely new approaches, and enjoy being self-directed and identifying the most important problems to solve.
🎯 Requirements
• Enjoy helping others solve thorny technical challenges. • Are deeply curious and eagerly seek to understand what is going on ‘under the hood.’ • Have strong background in technical services, technical support, solutions engineering, or solutions architecture. • Have experience working highly technical products and customers, especially in B2B SaaS or cloud infrastructure • Be able to read and write small bits of code in multiple languages. • Contribute to defining Conduit’s product strategy and roadmap with the rest of the team.
