📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • We are looking for a skilled HR Generalist to manage HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement. • This role offers a dynamic opportunity to play a key part in supporting HR functions, enhancing employee satisfaction, and driving recruitment efforts. • Job Timings: 3 PM to 12 AM • Key Responsibilities: Manage HR operations, including employee records, payroll, and compliance. • Oversee recruitment processes, from job postings to candidate interviews and onboarding. • Implement employee engagement initiatives to improve motivation and retention. • Provide guidance on HR policies and ensure adherence to organizational standards. • Support performance management processes and employee development programs.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in HR with a focus on operations, recruitment, and engagement. • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
