• Desarrollar e implementar un plan integral para la mejora de la cultura organizacional • Facilitar talleres para internalizar el propósito de la organización • Documentar y presentar los resultados a la dirección • Evaluar y proponer mejoras al propósito y valores de la organización • Optimizar y modernizar el proceso de reclutamiento, selección y contratación • Reestructurar y documentar el Reglamento Interno de Trabajo • Implementar evaluaciones periodicas de desempeño de 360 grados • Diseñar un programa de fidelización de trabajadores • Definir políticas de comunicación • Diseñar y actualizar políticas y procedimientos • Liderar la comunicación y ejecución de cambios estructurales y culturales • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las regulaciones legales locales
