📋 Description

• Develop Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Services solutions. • Lead design, development, and implementation of BI solutions. • Propose BI tool usage strategies. • Collaborate with business partners on performance metrics. • Perform impact assessments for BI initiatives. • Create prototypes and propose alternatives to BI solutions. • Evaluate and analyze requirements for new business insights. • Translate requirements into designs that provide business value. • Troubleshoot, optimize and tune BI solutions. • Document standards and processes for BI tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience collaborating with business and technical teams. • Proven experience in designing and actively influencing BI solutions. • Proven ability to proactively propose changes to current-state BI solutions. • Solid understanding of how different BI outputs are designed, used, and delivered. • Proven ability to provide technical leadership to other developers. • 5+ years of hands-on development experience. • Experience working in a data warehouse environment. • Strong understanding of relational database management systems. • Proven ability to successfully translate client/business needs into BI software designs. • Excellent analytical, quantitative, problem solving skills. • Strong communication skills. • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives. • Highly motivated self-starter.
