📋 Description

• Connect for Health Colorado is a public, non-profit entity established to create a health insurance Marketplace. • The UX Researcher and Operations Analyst will oversee our product's research process and support operations. • Gather and analyze product data. • Act as a subject matter expert in product analytics tools. • Create accountability systems that better track feature development.

🎯 Requirements

• Colorado resident. • Education and or training in Product Psychology, Human Interaction Computing, or Product Design preferred. • 3+ years of experience in user research, product management, or product design. • Proficiency in UX design prototyping software and user testing tools. • Experience with Agile. • Proficiency with product analytics software. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. • Passion for data and improving customer experience. • Ability to maintain confidentiality of our system and highly sensitive information.
