β€’ Salary: P55,000 – P60,000 (Monthly Package) β€’ Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday ( 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM) β€’ Monthly client accounting/ bookkeeping projects. β€’ Maintaining client books as per supervisor instructions. β€’ Review CAS projects to ensure quality of the following documentation: β€’ Checking Tax Basis of Financials- Cash or Accrual β€’ Matching Balance Sheet to prior year tax return β€’ Reverse entries for AP, AR, Cash, Credit Cards and Loans β€’ Matching Payroll Wages and Payroll Tax to Payroll Tab β€’ Ensure bank and credit card accounts have been properly reconciled each month. β€’ Ensure auto loan accounts have been properly reconciled or adjusted properly. β€’ Analyze balance sheet comparisons and identify any document differences. β€’ Verify items under $1K are not capitalized to fixed assets. β€’ Present Revenue variances to Managing Partner for solution. β€’ Present variances in Tax Payable to Managing Partner for solution. β€’ Complete Tax Workpaper allocations on P & L. β€’ Customer Service and communication with Client as needed. β€’ Refresh and ensure accuracy of the following Workpapers: β€’ A03 Payroll tab β€’ U01 Revenue Tab β€’ C01 Cash Tab β€’ K01 Tab (Credit Card, Auto Loans and Tax Payable) β€’ Assist with miscellaneous projects such as: tax vouchers, extensions, Franchise Tax Board project. β€’ Assemblies, partner job status meetings- updating jobs in Office Tools (Compliance), Office Tools management, entering clients into LaCerte and client folders. β€’ Tax Return to pull missing data report from Lacerte for individual tax return for the tax team. β€’ Back up for support staff as needed

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field of study. β€’ 3-5 years of recognized bookkeeping or (CAS) Client Accounting Service. β€’ QuickBooks Experience: Transactional accounting with QuickBooks experience, a minimum of 2 years of recent experience working within QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks desktop. β€’ Bookkeeping Experience: Proficient in QuickBooks, ability to navigate various workflows including A/R, A/P, payroll, sales tax, journal entries, financial reporting, 3rd party apps integration, banking and credit card reconciliations. β€’ Knowledge of US tax laws, regulations and deadlines. β€’ CPA license / Bookkeeping certification. β€’ Some knowledge of accounting and tax in cannabis industry. β€’ Credentials/Certifications: QuickBooks Online Pro Certification or QuickBooks Online Advanced Certifications are preferred.
