• Managing Accounts inbox • Assisting with WIP reports • Continual improvement of procedures and processes • Preparing financial reports. • Analyzing financial data • Monitoring internal controls • Managing financial transactions • Coordinating equipment leasing • Streamlining accounting functions and operations • Assisting with plans for financial growth • Evaluating and managing risk • Ad-hoc duties as requested

Requirements

• Accounting Degree • Experience with Xero and MS Office is desirable • Experience with Connectwise is an advantage • Experience in AP and AR, as well as exceptional data entry skills. • Australian experience is preferred, particularly if some experience/ understanding of GST (helps with coding AP)
