ā¢ Ensure that all healthcare professionals placed by the agency meet statutory and regulatory requirements ā¢ Manage the compliance onboarding process for all candidates, including verifying qualifications, right-to-work documentation, AccessNI checks, immunization records, and references. ā¢ Conduct regular audits to ensure continued compliance and address noncompliance issues promptly. ā¢ Assess the training needs of staff and candidates to identify gaps and ensure that qualifications are current. ā¢ Maintain records of all training and compliance certifications. ā¢ Handle internal and external audits, ensuring that all necessary documentation is in place and accurate. ā¢ Track compliance expiry dates and ensure that revalidation processes are completed in a timely manner. ā¢ Create reports on compliance status, training attendance, and regulatory changes for management. ā¢ Work closely with recruitment consultants to ensure that only compliant candidates are placed into roles. ā¢ Be the primary point of contact for healthcare professionals regarding compliance and training queries. ā¢ Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their requirements are met, particularly around regulatory and training compliance.
ā¢ Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ā¢ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ā¢ In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations, including GDPR, NHS frameworks, RQIA requirements, and safeguarding procedures. ā¢ Strong communication with the ability to engage staff and candidates at all levels. ā¢ Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail in maintaining records and documentation. ā¢ Ability to manage multiple priorities, working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. ā¢ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive compliance issues. ā¢ Ethical and responsible approach to work. ā¢ Proactive and solution-oriented mindset. ā¢ High level of integrity and attention to detail.
