🎯 Requirements

• Brings strong B2B experience and an exceptional “customer hand.” • Can be onsite at customers every other week for discovery and adoption. • Thrives in fast-evolving, high-impact environments. • Proven experience navigating high ambiguity in mid-stage, scaling B2B environments. • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, negotiate, and drive outcomes with internal and external stakeholders. • Customer-first mindset and the ability to act as a solutions specialist, Customer Success Manager, or Implementation Engineer during early product stages while leveraging organizational support. • Clear, concise, and compelling communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences at all levels. • A bias for action: the ability to set pace and momentum, driving rapid delivery without compromising on quality or team well-being. • Strategic thinking and product chops, with a track record of iterating toward product-market fit. • Nice to have: Experience in fintech or lending.
