Description

• Responsible for developing and executing visual direction and creative strategies for online video productions. • Work closely with production teams to develop and implement a project’s overall visual style. • Oversee a team of animators and motion graphic designers, executing innovative design solutions. • Maintain design standards to ensure projects align with Complexly’s standards and mission.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in graphic, visual design, or creative management roles required. • Highly proficient verbal and written communication skills required. • Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite required. • Previous leadership experience preferred. • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
