Description

•Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. •We are a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. •We are looking for a Creative Director to fuel our customer acquisition and retention efforts with world-class design and brand building. •Lead a team and report directly into the VP of Growth.

Requirements

•Extensive experience in designing for acquisition and conversion across various mediums including landing pages, advertising, email, and video production. •Skilled in managing creative teams, promoting high standards, innovation, and risk-taking while blending business acumen with versatile design skills focused on delivering exceptional customer value. •Keen sense for how to build a brand: avoiding tropes, using data, and advocating for a distinctive approach. •Data-driven in decision-making, even when evaluating abstract concepts like brand consistency. •Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; illustration and video production are ideal, but not required.
