Description

• Advise and assist clients on Software Asset Management related activities • Manage all facets of client engagement: planning, execution, reporting • Interact with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects • Execute Software Asset Management tasks according to client requirements • Research software publisher’s product use rights and entitlements • Manage engagement KPIs, including deadlines and project milestones • Develop strong relationships with clients through quality execution • Stay current with trends and best practices in compliance auditing • Perform extensive Excel analysis as part of audit execution

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Software Asset Management • License compliance management • Software Rationalization • Contract Optimization • ISO 19770 process • Software Renewals • Stakeholder management • Software Audit (Internal and External) • Open-source/freeware Software management • ELP reports creation • Working knowledge of desktop and server-based publisher licensing (Microsoft, Oracle, Redhat, VMWare, IBM) • Basic scripting knowledge is an advantage • Tool Skill set: Snow License manager, Flexera (Operation Knowledge) • Strong written and verbal presentation skills • Self-driven and highly motivated • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills • Highly organized and methodical
