📋 Description
• We’re looking for a GTM Data Analyst to join our team and make a meaningful impact by turning data into actionable insights. • This is a remote, B2B role at Connor Group, a leading professional services firm that works with the most existing companies in the world. • In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for analyzing data in Salesforce, identifying opportunities, and driving focus, efficiency, and effectiveness for our GTM teams. • Your remit is creating insights to share with marketing, business development, and sales experts who will orchestrate the needed action. • You will ensure we’re targeting the right customers, anticipating their needs, and optimizing our approach. • Are you passionate about seeing the customers in the data and quantifying their needs and opportunities? Do you enjoy knowing your work is a compass for the efforts of many teammates, helping them deliver tremendous value to our customers?
🎯 Requirements
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a data analyst or data scientist. • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in tools like Tableau, Snowflake, Excel, and similar platforms. • CRM Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Salesforce or comparable CRMs like HubSpot. • Analytical Skills: Strong intuition and curiosity for identifying patterns and opportunities in data. • Reporting: Ability to create, maintain, and refine analytics dashboards, including custom dashboards. • Collaboration: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven guidance.
