📋 Description
• Manage and improve existing health operations dashboards, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of key metrics. • Build new dashboards and reports as business needs arise • Perform ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making for the health team • Identify and investigate data quality issues, partnering with relevant teams to implement solutions • Support the optimization of existing workflows and processes through data analysis. • Document and maintain standard operating procedures • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current processes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements • Partner with Customer Support, Marketing, Data Science, and Engineering teams on various initiatives • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization
🎯 Requirements
• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, operations, or a related field • Experience at a startup or in the healthcare industry is a plus • Strong technical skills/curiosity • Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis • Experience with data visualization tools such as Metabase is a plus • Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset • Experience in creating and maintaining dashboards • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy • Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies • Ability to document and maintain standard operating procedures • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
