• Drive direct sales efforts and work with connections to generate leads. • Close deals effectively and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. • Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that arise. • Develop and implement sales plans to target key areas and customers. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. • Travel extensively within the region (60% - 70% of the time). • Utilize technical knowledge to educate customers on product features and benefits. • Provide technical support and guidance as needed. • Utilize Microsoft Dynamics to manage customer information, track sales activities, and generate reports.

Requirements

• Technical degree preferred. • Strong technical knowledge required, with an emphasis on the stone process being a plus. • 3 – 5 years of experience in the industry. • Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management. • Strong sales skills with a proven ability to close deals. • Highly self-motivated and disciplined. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong planning and organizational abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM systems. • Ability to travel extensively within the region.
