Description
• Setting up and overseeing constellr’s financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting • Prepare and analyse financial statements, reports and budgets according to schedule and requirements • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress against financial goals and objectives and monitor project and business expenditures • Monitor project budgets, expenditures and forecasts to ensure adherence to financial goals • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to optimize resource allocation and drive business performance • Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis and scenario modeling to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning
Requirements
• A degree in Business, Management, Finance and Accounting or comparable qualification (MBA, CPA or CFA would be a plus) • Experience in a finance team within management consulting or as a financial controller/planning manager or auditing • Strong analytical and modelling skills and attention to detail, combined with the drive to develop new, scalable tools and processes to support the company’s changing needs • Experience in business planning, ideally within deep-tech scale-up businesses • In-depth knowledge of financial modelling and business case development with excellent MS Office (particularly Excel & PowerPoint) skills • Excellent business acumen and decision-making skills • Self-motivated, autonomous worker, with a high degree of ownership and drive • A strong team player with exceptional financial analysis and planning skills • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, ability to work under pressure • Full working proficiency in German and English • An engaging and social team-player spirit with a strong motivation to help build and shape constellr’s organisation
