Description

•Join the Recommendations team to address technical challenges. •Collaborate with sales and marketing to align messaging. •Conduct customer interviews to identify product opportunities. •Drive team coordination to enhance customer value. •Support major new customer onboarding when necessary. •Perform and report competitive research and analysis. •Research market trends to future-proof product planning. •Define and drive product strategy and opportunities.

Requirements

•2 years of experience leading the definition and delivery of products/features/projects that have a high degree of cross-functional complexity and integration. •You seek an entrepreneurial environment and have a track record of delivering results in a high-growth environment. •Excellent analytical abilities and can effectively use data to drive decisions. •Experience running products in a B2B SaaS context or ability to learn quickly. Background in Recommender Systems, eCommerce, Retail Marketing, or a related field is preferred. •Collaborative, value learning, and driven to accomplish great things. •Excited to bring learnings from your experience to augment our product culture. •Demonstrated success working with teams including a significant number of remote and distributed members, particularly in engineering roles. •Familiarity with building Machine Learning led products preferred. •Experience working in an agile software development environment with empowered teams.
