Description

• As a Product Manager at Invoice Cloud, you will lead a product delivery team focused on Payer-facing capabilities. • You’ll be expected to work with stakeholders inside and outside the company to understand customer problems and business opportunities. • You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of these initiatives, and will lead a cross-functional team to drive results. • Someone successful in this role feels equally comfortable meeting with customers and prospects, evaluating partnership opportunities, and writing user stories. • Gain an understanding of Invoice Cloud’s SaaS products – verticals served, payment methods, user flows – through internal discussions and by completing training on the platform. • Collaborate with business stakeholders and the R&D team to build a complete product roadmap for your area, making sure the sequence is aligned with company goals and value creation. • Lead cross-functional teams to define key metrics and develop a strategy for positively impacting those metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum of a BA / BS, preferably in computer science, engineering, or other quantitatively oriented fields. An advanced degree in business or relevant field is a major plus. • 2+ years of SaaS product management experience with product owner responsibilities. • Experience publishing APIs with a development team, and comfortable talking with customers and implementation teams about their use. • Has demonstrated an owner’s mentality for their product area, is obsessive about the small details, and is passionate about the product and space that they lead. • Experience in the payments industry preferred, but not required. • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with demonstrated experience in customer and competitive research. • Exceptionally clear and precise communication skills – able to effectively communicate both strategic vision and specific details to customers and internal stakeholders.
