Description
• Manage a team of consultants to identify client safety and productivity challenges • Work directly with clients to develop and implement solutions • Lead delivery of safety culture and operational excellence solutions • Develop and mobilize work plans for your and your team • Cultivate client relationships and manage project delivery
Requirements
• Master’s degree in Engineering / HSE / Business / Occupational Psychology • Experience in management consulting with exposure to operational risk management, operational excellence, safety and/or culture change • Ability to manage diverse and remote teams of consultants • Experience managing complex projects from end to end • Understanding of operational issues in heavy industries • Deep understanding of safety or operational excellence subject matters • Fluent German speaker; proficient in English; comfortable with diverse cultures • Excellent communication skills and entrepreneurial mindset
