Description

• Lead the architectural design of Microsoft Dynamics solutions • Oversee the customization and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 • Architect and implement integrations with third-party applications • Provide leadership in the delivery of Dynamics solutions • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior Dynamics team members • Diagnose complex issues and performance bottlenecks within Dynamics solutions • Ensure compliance and security of solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field • 5 + years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and/or ERP) • Proven experience designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft Dynamics solutions in large-scale, enterprise environments • Experience with Dynamics 365 integrations, data migrations, and custom development (using Power Platform, Azure, .NET, etc.) • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical
