Description

• Responsible for developing and executing business strategies to achieve Digital Marketplace’s revenue generation goals through commercialization of research assets and innovation advisory services. • Oversees the analysis, packaging and promotion of proprietary data and insights to industry stakeholders. • Shapes new service offerings that responsibly translate independent research into market solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field; MBA preferred • 10+ years combined experience in program management, product management, and partnership roles with a track record of revenue generation • Demonstrated skill in evaluating markets, developing business cases, and launching products and services • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to build relationships with industry leaders • Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams • Knowledge of human-centered design and ability to apply those principles to responsible innovation • Understanding of principles related to privacy, transparency, bias prevention and mitigation in data practices and AI systems • Passionate about marketplace innovation and its impact on consumers • Sees and leverages connections and interdependencies by breaking down silos, seeking feedback, and promoting collaboration and inclusion • Actively addresses issues and challenges by encouraging candid discussion, building common understanding, and gaining agreement. • Responds quickly with course corrections based on CR’s best interests. • Expresses an unpopular point of view when necessary for the good of the enterprise. • Inspires others to embrace and lead change, gains commitment to the change vision, and clearly communicates the desired future state.
