Description

• Partner with division leaders to understand their business models and drivers. • Deliver insightful and objective quantitative and qualitative analyses. • Collaborate with business owners and stakeholders for strategic roadmaps. • Provide data-driven recommendations at the Board and executive levels. • Deliver insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior. • Conduct analyses of partnership and M&A opportunities. • Create executive-level presentations and narratives. • Monitor evolving business trends and provide recommendations. • Maintain alignment between strategic direction and financial plans. • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent work-related experience required. • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a finance or business partner, analyst, or in a related role. • Advanced proficiency in enterprise financial planning and reporting tools. • Expertise in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with a controls-oriented mindset. • Proven project management, organizational, and conceptual skills to lead cross-functional efforts.
