• Lead the implementation of Salesforce platform projects • Provide strategic guidance for our clients • Define solutions and establish architecture • Establish and manage governance and program management office processes • Manage team goals and performance • Identify and address problem areas • Contribute to the pre-sales process • Mentor junior consultant resources
Requirements
• Experience with multiple implementations of the Salesforce platform (core) • Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing IT solutions in a consulting capacity • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce platform (core) and 3 years of team leadership experience • 5 years of experience implementing software development lifecycle processes • Preferred certifications: Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Administrator
