• Proven experience in customer-facing roles, such as Sales, Onboarding, or Customer Success • Expertise in managing customer experiences and optimizing processes for efficiency • Proficiency with CRM systems and data analysis tools to drive decision-making • Strong analytical skills to extract actionable insights from customer data • Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., Freshdesk) and cloud services and virtual servers is a plus • Enthusiasm for enhancing customer journeys through teamwork and continuous improvement
