• Looking for a full-time, permanent Recruiter to start as soon as possible • You’ll take charge of the full spectrum of international recruiting tasks and the related candidate experience • Collaborate with your team to design and refine our entire recruiting lifecycle • Offer strategic guidance to your colleagues • Own active sourcing for our vacancies • Recruit top international talent while building a network for future needs • Continuously develop and implement innovative active sourcing strategies • Collaborate closely with colleagues and managers from various departments to ensure outstanding candidate experience • Participate in exciting projects and employer branding strategy
Requirements
• A completed vocational training or a degree in the field of human resources or comparable training • In-depth knowledge of all recruiting topics (especially active sourcing) as well as relevant professional experience in IT recruiting • An interest in the latest recruiting trends - with us you have the playground for new ideas and progress • A preference for independent, responsible and solution-oriented work - without your involvement we cannot develop further • A very good command of English, as we operate on an international level
